Tom Jones is one of the most recognizable singers from the ‘90s. His music is still queued on everybody’s playlists to this day. That’s probably why the It’s Not Unusual singer has a $300 million net worth. Born in Wales, the singer moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams and had a very successful career. Jones owns many properties and among the ones he bought is an $8 million mansion in Beverly Hills.

The property stretches over 8,200 square feet and looks like a luxury resort. It has 5 bedrooms with expensive block-out draping, multiple bathrooms, and a huge swimming pool. Since Jones’ wife’s death in 2016, the singer has kept a low profile and sold some of his properties including this one.

Johnny Cash – Tennessee – $2.9 Million

Johnny Cash had a successful career as a singer, guitarist, movie star and musician.  To celebrate his fame, he bought himself a three-story home in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The house was built on the lake and had a gorgeous view, surrounded by forests and trees. The interior is old French, Spanish and English-styled inspired. He lived in the contemporary luxury mansion with his wife, June Carter, until their deaths in 2003.

It is known that Cash has recorded most of his songs in an old cabin just across the street. The property was expanded when an old train station nearby closed down and Cash converted into an antique storage unit. The property is now on the market and can be bought for $2.9 million.

Julie Andrews – London – $24 Million

Julie Andrews has achieved what only a few can imagine to in one lifetime. She has maintained her beauty and grace since her movie debut in Sound of Music almost 40 years ago. Andrews is also known for investing her wealth in buying, renovating and selling properties.

One of her most profitable sales was the $24 million mansion in London.
She transformed the interior by incorporating marble floors, archways, and staircases as well as a fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances. The stylish designer furniture and drapes with golden accents give the home a clean and modern atmosphere that’s any buyer’s dream. Andrews hasn’t sung her last song and isn’t planning on retiring soon, or filing for bankruptcy.
