Suzanne and her manager, Alan Hamel, shared their mansion in Palm Springs but recently announced their intention to list it for sale. The actress, singer, author, and businesswoman who is leaving this paradise to ‘downsize’ to a smaller home put up her beautiful house for $14.5 million but then remove it from the market. The sprawling 70-acre home incorporates a showground where the singer often gave many performances alongside her band. The home has a casita, a large spa, and a swimming pool, not to mention the huge 10 bedrooms, of which only 2 were ever in regular use. He home has been a place where the iconic duo entertained popular figures like Richard Grennel (US Ambassador to Germany), and Barry Manilow, amongst other notable guests.
