In 2004, the TV personality together with her then-husband developed an exquisite home in Beverly Hills. The mansion sits on 14,555 square feet and is currently listed for sale at $47.5 million.

The sprawling mansion is distinctively graced with vaulted ceilings, arched windows, floor-to-ceiling French doors, dark hardwood flooring and a set of ironclad staircases.  It also has 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a gym with a mini spa, and a basement for entertaining with a wine cellar. The outdoor serves a private pool, a garage, and a vineyard. Due to the extraordinary architectural design, selling this estate could be an enormous task.

Music industry sensation, Adele has spent $80.1 million on the luxurious mansion of Sylvester Stallone and revamped it making it her own, catering to her aesthetic sense. The Mediterranean-style estate is located in the star-studded neighborhood of Beverly Hills. It has eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and sits on expansive grounds covering a 14,164-square meter.

James Anthony Patrick Carr has his fingers dipped in many pies. Not only is he an accomplished comedian, but Carr is a popular actor, writer, and television personality. He started as a marketing executive but switched his career path to doing professional comedy in the year 2000.

The comedian’s home in London is truly impressive. As per the reports, he purchased the property for something close to £8.5 million. He had to shell out an extra £1.5 million on renovation work. This could serve as his retirement home later on.
