That killer figure of Kaley Cuoco is indeed a proof of her being a fitness enthusiast. The Big Bang Theory star managed to lose weight by hitting the gym floor from three to five times a week. She admitted that she tried a lot of workout regimens like spinning, running, intense circuits, yoga, Pilates and much more. And this is how she realized what works for her.
She shared that she doesn’t like running but ultimately loves hot yoga. She also hired a personal trainer, George C. King to help her become toned and strong. According to her trainer, Kaley is crazy about core work out. Moreover, her trainer said that Kaley does not want to go to the gym before but the byproduct of her hard work has made her change her mind. This made her carry fewer fats compared to when she was just starting with her journey. She also cut meat on her diet except for fish meat. She’s been more into tofu as her source of protein. Fitness and nutrition work hand in hand for her, especially that according to her, she’s not twenty-one anymore.
