Veteran Stars You Thought Were Long Gone but Are Not Even Planning Their Retirement

Reba McEntire – March 28, 1955

Reba McEntire is a versatile entertainer. She can act, sing, produce and write songs, especially in the country genre. Reba was discovered by country singer Red Steagall while she was singing the national anthem in Oklahoma. This encounter lead to her signing a massive music contract with Mercury Records. She released six albums with Mercury records before moving on to MCA Nashville Records in 1984. Albums include My Kind of Country, Reba, Sweet Sixteen, and My Broken Heart. She dedicated My Broken Heart to eight band members who she lost in a tragic airplane crash.

Reba is currently one of the highest-selling singers of her generation. She hosted the 53rd Country Music Awards and although it’s evident that she has had some plastic surgery done, Reba is still looking as radiant as ever.
